Multiple Table Bookings

Looking for more space? Simply increase the quantity when booking to reserve additional Vendor Table Spaces.

We will allocate your tables together wherever possible, allowing you to create a larger, continuous display area for your business.

Table Allocation

Each Vendor Table Space is equivalent to 138cm × 138cm of exhibition space.

To optimise the event floor plan, we may allocate larger physical tables where appropriate. Any larger table provided will always offer the same or greater display area than the total Vendor Table Spaces purchased.

Vendor Setup & Event Information

• Vendor Setup: Access before public admission

• VIP Admission: 9:00 AM

• General Admission: 10:00 AM

• Event Closing: 4:00 PM

• Trade Night: Further details to be announced

Full vendor instructions, including arrival information, setup arrangements and table allocations, will be provided ahead of the event.
